Andrew has curated a set of his finest and favourite smallgoods to showcase the best Australian produce, his craftsmanship and ‘Meraki.’ The range has fixed weights, barcoded and comes beautifully presented in recycled matt finished boxes, offset by a luxe gloss copper foil stamp. Each pack comes with handy cooking preparation notes on every pack, so you get the perfect Andrew’s experience.

RINDLESS SHORT BACON – 250g

This is seriously good bacon, simple and delicious. Andrew’s bacon is beautifully balanced, invoking buttery, salty and smoky notes that harmonize to develop a well-rounded flavour, further complimented by the natural sweetness of 100% Aussie Pork. Made using rindless pork loin, with a short tail from the belly, it’s leaner than streaky bacon. The loins are cured with a signature blend of spices, before being naturally smoked over smoldering beachwood to produce the captivating aromas and irresistible flavour we all know and love. These babies are legendary! Fat, juicy and oozing with vintage cheddar, it’s no wonder they gained the iconic title of Australia’s best sausage. In fact, they became so legendary, that after being crowned the National Sausage King, Andrew was also made the King of Melbourne’s Moomba Festival.

So what’s the secret? It’s a blend of traditional herbs and spices, the best 4-year-old vintage cheddar and this little thing called “Meraki”. This snag is truly sausage royalty, minus the posh accent.

AUTHENTIC GREEK LOUKANIKO – QTY: 3 -330g

Say it with us LOU-KA-NI-KO! Loukaniko is a traditional Greek sausage. Andrew’s recipe is an edible heirloom from his families rich Cretan history. This recipe originates from the mountainous regions of Rethymno, where indigenous herbs grow abundantly. Villagers would use these wild herbs to season their sausages before smoking them over an open fire. Andrew’s Loukanika are made using the finest Australian pork and is flavoured with an authentic blend of wild herbs.

Let’s Be Frank! When it comes to hot dogs, not all are created equal. Andrew’s Viennese Frankfurters are the real deal, having won prestigious awards around the country and, most importantly, an entourage of Frank Fans. This famous pork sausage has a mild flavour and firm bite with a well-rounded smokey taste. When biting into an authentic Frank, you’ll hear the pop, or “Knack” as the Austrian’s say; Its fine emulsion becomes pressurised during cooking, creating this distinct characteristic.
